Is the Travelzoo voucher redeemable per person or per couple?
One Travelzoo voucher must be redeemed for each cruise ticket. Cruise tickets are sold per person.
Are children allowed on cruises?
Children are allowed on most cruises. Moonlight Cruises and certain specialty cruises are open only to adults age 21 or older. Other cruises may also require a minimum age for children. Check the details of your specific cruise to determine the availability.
What is the pricing for child tickets?
Tickets for young children under age 2 are available free of charge on cruises where children are welcome. Children ages 3-12 are charged the same rate as adults.
How do I redeem my Travelzoo voucher?
You can request a reservation using the form above. A customer service representative will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours if there is availability on the cruise you selected.
You may also contact our customer service representatives by phone using the number listed on your Travelzoo voucher(s) to reserve your cruise ticket(s). Please mention your Travelzoo voucher(s) when reserving your ticket(s). Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
How do I get my cruise tickets?
You should plan to pick up your tickets at the ticket booth outside the ship on the day of your cruise. Please refer to your cruise’s boarding time for exact times.
Can I combine my Travelzoo voucher with other vouchers or discounts?
A maximum of 8 Travelzoo vouchers may be redeemed per reservation. You may not combine multiple reservations into a larger group. Travelzoo vouchers may not be combined with other vouchers or discounts.
Are food and drinks included in my cruise ticket?
A meal is included in all standard Lunch, Brunch, and Dinner Cruise tickets. Menus may vary aboard seasonal and specialty cruises. Drinks may be purchased for an additional charge on board or ahead of time as an optional enhancement when you make your reservation.
