What is the dress attire?
Seadog Cruises is come as you are casual.  Keep in mind that Seadog is an open-air speedboat and you may get wet so you may want to have your group come prepared.

May I bring my own camera or photographer on board?
Guests are more than welcome to bring their won camera for personal pictures aboard the ship.  In addition, as you are boarding, the ship’s photographer records the moment for your entire party.  These photos may be pre-purchased for your group or purchased independently upon departure.

What is your cancellation policy?
All purchases are final and non-refundable.

How long are the cruises ?
Seadog offers 60-minute Speedboat and Sightseeing Tours. Standard cruises will depart hourly from National Harbor from 11:00am through 7:00pm. You may also customize your charter cruise.

Is the vessel Coast Guard certified?
All Seadog Vessels are Coast Guard certified and regularly maintained to adhere to strict safety regulations.

What is our cruise route?
Sailing routes may vary.  The Speedboat and Sightseeing Tour will take you from National Harbor through Southwest Washington DC and towards Georgetown offering unique views of Washington DC's historic riverfront including the Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials, the Washington Monument and the Watergate Hotel.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, Gift Certificates are available for purchase in increments of $50, $100, $250 and $500 or for any cruise type.  Certificates for specific cruise types are not valid for holidays or special events.

What size groups can Seadog Cruises accommodate?
Seadog can accommodate between up to 125 passengers.

Is the vessel handicap accessible?
Yes, our vessels are handicap accessible for most people.  However, if you have an extra large motorized chair, it may not be able to fit down our ramps.  In that case, our marine crew will be happy to help you out and assist you aboard our vessels.

Is there a phone on board that receives calls?  Will my cell phone work on the cruise?
Seadog vessels do not have phones for use by guests.  However, most cellular services are available on the water.  For the comfort of other guests, we recommend using cell phones only if necessary.

Can anyone ride ?
Yes, unless you have a bad back, bad neck, heart condition or late term pregnancy.

Are there restrooms on board Seadog Cruises?
Yes, there are restrooms are located on Seadog.

When does the season end?
Seadog cruises beginning in April through the end of October, weather permitting.

Can you tell me a little about the ship?
Seadog III can carry between 125 passengers.  It is a mono-hull speedboat. Seadog III can travel up to 30 knots.

Is smoking allowed on the cruise?
Sorry, local ordinances prohibit smoking aboard Seadog vessels.

Can I get my group’s tickets in advance?
For parties over 20, tickets can be sent in advance to the planner once the cruise is paid in full.  Alternatively, the organizer can pick up tickets for the group at the ticket booth. Photo Identification is required to pick up tickets at the ticket booth.

Will I get wet?
You may, we cannot insure that you will or will not. However, Seadog vessels are open-air speedboats. If weather conditions are windy, there is a good chance you might get wet.
