PARKING & DIRECTIONS TO THE SPIRIT OF NORFOLK
Town Point Park and surrounding areas are closed due to construction and redevelopment and will re-open in July 2009. For your convenience, we have identified simple routes to reach the vessel.

DIRECTIONS

THIS IS THE RECOMMENDED METHOD:
Park in Town Point Garage located across from World Trade Center on Main Street. Walk out of the garage and proceed down Granby Connector to the left of the World Trade Center. Cross Waterside Drive using the cross-walk. There will be a clearly-marked designated pedestrian walkway near the construction area. You can then proceed down the boardwalk to the Spirit of Norfolk. This will give you the most direct route to the Spirit of Norfolk and is our recommended method.

THESE ARE ALTERNATES:
Park in Waterside Garage across from The Waterside using the entrance on Atlantic Street. You can reach the Spirit of Norfolk by exiting on Martin Lane, turning left out of garage and then turn right on feeder road parallel to Waterside Drive. Use Granby Connector cross-walk and proceed to ship. Approximately two city blocks.

Park in Waterside Garage, take the pedestrian walkway to The Waterside. Cut through and exit on the opposite side near the marina. You can then proceed to your right along the concrete walkway by the waterfront. This is a nice walk but also is a longer route.
