Slow Roasted Beef hand carved to order and served with a rich Demi-Glacé and Chilled Horseradish Cream

Old Smokehouse Carved Ham
Lean Ham slow-cured for a distinctively rich, smoky flavor and served with a tangy Honey-Mustard Sauce
