The Horizon Deck is the middle deck aboard the Spirit of New York and combined with the Empire Deck(Mezzanine Seating) can seat up to 365 passengers. Passengers board and disembark on the stern of the Horizon Deck. This deck is handicapped-accessible and has an outdoor deck available off the bow.
(Smoking is permitted on outside decks only.)
