BUTLERED HORS D’OEUVRES

Almond Crusted Shrimp
Pan-Fried with Whole Grain Mustard

Mushroom Tart
Baked with Smoked Gouda Cheese in a Crispy Phyllo Shell

Chicken Satay
Peanut and Ginger Marinade

Smoked Trout Toast Points
Toasted Pumpernickel Slices layered with Smoked Trout, and delicately pickled Ginger and Cucumbers


SALAD COURSE

Lola Rosa
Lettuce tossed with Roma Tomatoes, Baby Watercress trees, Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles and Raspberry Vinaigrette

Lobster Bisque
